PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit:
A deposit of 1 nights stay for any reservation 7 days or less.
A deposit of 25% of your stay for any reservation that is more than 7 days.
Your deposit must be paid to secure your reservation.
Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund of your deposit the required amount of notice is needed.
Off Peak : 4 weeks notice
Peak Season : 8 weeks notice.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at a $40 one-time charge per pet.
DRESS CODE
Dress as casually and comfortably as you wish; we’re not fancy here.
